Shipping policy

Please note that free shipping will be applied to your order at checkout.

No VAT added to customers in France and Europe, 

Delivery times are provided as guidelines only. Kindly note that delivery to rural addresses can result in longer delivery times.

All orders are shipped with La Poste and will require a signature upon delivery. Operating hours between 9 AM —6 PM on business days. You can specify an alternate daytime delivery address when ordering, for example, your work address (recommended).

The prices of products are Euros inclusive of taxes but excluding customs duties.

For all orders shipping outside of the EU, import and duty taxes may apply. Customs policies vary from country to country and we do not have any control over them. If you are required to pay import and duty taxes, you will be contacted directly by the shipping service. For more details, please contact your local customs office. 

Delivery times are provided as guidelines only and do not take into account possible delays caused by payment authorization and/or stock availability and/or customs delays. We are unable to deliver to post office boxes. All orders are fully traceable through the provided links.

Kzeniya insures each purchase during time in transit until it is delivered to you. All orders require a signature upon delivery, at which point responsibility for the shipment passes to you. If you have specified a recipient other than yourself for delivery purposes, you also accept that signature by the third party is sufficient proof of delivery and fulfilment by Kzeniya.

All orders are shipped from France with La Poste and are fully traceable on their website. You can always contact them if you have questions regarding your shipment.
